Our biggest cost isn’t the scooping — it’s the driving. When we’re already parked on your street, servicing the house next door costs us almost nothing extra.
So we hand that back. Get homes on the same street signed up for recurring service together and the whole group gets a negotiated neighborhood rate — and the more houses that join, the better the rate gets. Not just for the person who organized it — for all of you.

Street group chat, the HOA page, Nextdoor, or just the two houses either side of you. Most people have been meaning to sort this out anyway.
Send us the street
One person fills in the form with the street name and roughly how many homes are interested. We’ll handle contacting each one separately.
Everyone gets the rate
We come back with a group rate based on how many homes are in. Same day of the week, same visit, lower bill — and it gets better as more houses join.
Why this works so well around here
The Topsail corridor has grown fast. Holly Ridge went from about 1,270 residents in 2010 to over 4,170 by 2020 — a 229% increase — and Surf City more than doubled between 2000 and 2020. What that means on the ground is a lot of streets where every house is new, every yard is new, and everybody moved in around the same time.
On a street like that, nobody has an established yard service and everybody has the same problem. That’s the easiest possible group to organize, and it’s why neighborhood pricing tends to spread one street at a time out here.
For HOAs: sign up the whole subdivision
If you’re on a board, you can skip the street-by-street organizing entirely — HOAs can sign up the full subdivision under one agreement, covering homes and common areas alike. It’s one negotiated rate, one invoice, and a community amenity that residents actually notice every time they walk the dog. Parks and shared green spaces
Dog parks, pocket parks, walking trails, community greens — we service those too, on a flat rate negotiated by the size of the space. Tell us roughly the acreage and how heavily it’s used, and we’ll come back with one number and a standing schedule that keeps it usable.
